He doesn't care about the hostages and I doubt he really thinks this is a good method to rescue them.
All he cares about is his slaughter, his revenge, but two wrongs do not make a right; hurting innocent people in an attempt to get revenge on Hamas is wrong just like Hamas attacking Israeli civilians was wrong. All this is doing, other than killing thousands of people, is making the world remember their hate for Jews and Muslims all over again and making it unsafe for us no matter where we stand on the (overall and current) Israel/Palestine situation.
Jew does not equal Israel. Muslim does not equal Hamas. Calling a war crime a war crime is not antisemitic. Criticizing a government is not antisemitic just because it claims to represent Jews. It doesn't represent me, motherfucker.
What's worse is that the average is weighted further toward stupid by gerrymandering. They're right that the game is rigged, it's just not rigged against them.
Which is yet another reason to add to the list of reasons no one needs that much money. That $44b could have positively changed thousands of lives (at least). Instead, it just continued flushing things down the Xitter.
