She did escalate the situation, but she didn't cause her own death. Shooting someone who is running away is some old west sheriff shit. She was trying to drive away, not hit the officers. The only situation that a cop should shoot someone is if their life is in direct and immediate danger.

Ohhh I got it, thanks for explaining it for me. Yeah that is bs then, hopefully any decisions deciding against 1st addmentment will be elevated and overturned

Don't get me wrong I agree that age verification is stupid, but I don't see why it violates the first amendment from either side

Couldn't they just set up a secure government site so only the government has your ID and only the porn site has your token verification? I think some country did that and it works fine without security issues because the government already has that info anyway

Adults should be able to do dangerous things at their own risk imo
