what many people dont understand is that foreign policy isn't about morals, it's about power. capitalism too isn't about capital, its about power. that's why the capitalist class' interests often aligns with interests of fascists. when money stops securing power, the capitalists will try to maintain it by any means necessary
I mean, sure... but it's hard to build specialized medical facilities for people who need them in every rural area they decide to live, right? and it's basically impossible to keep them running when there's only a few people that will need them in that area, no? at some point, the places they can choose to live will be heavily informed by the disabilities they may or may not have.
eventually, you will probably end up with highly concentrated areas of people who have similar disabilities that can be treated in that area (as well as their loved ones, medics/physicians, people who provide food, transportation, etc...).
I don't want to come across as against UBI, I think it's a very interesting first approach. but I also definitely don't believe it's a solution by any , you see...
lately I've been hoping between programming in Haskell and playing pathfinder with some friends. I also got into one piece a while ago and just a few days ago finished the Netflix series. I'm also procrastinating playing persona 5 the royale, even tho it may as well be one of my favorite videogames.
I have some many software projects and videogames pending (looking at you Disco Elysium). I've postponed so many activities from udemy courses (paid for by the company)
will you let me stroke it, tho?
