The system is broken and will continue to be broken until something fundamentally changes, but there are too many in power who only care about maintaining their power.

It's only a matter of time before this information comes to light, state governments are not usually great about keeping secrets or securing their tech.

Try installing uBlock Origin if you don't already have it. I'm on a Windows machine at the moment so I can't speak to the OS, but it's always a good idea to have a quality ad blocker.

They should be, it's a spectacularly bad idea.

We use a mix of FreshDesk for tickets/(some) projects/helpdesk articles and Teams/Sharepoint for documentation and distribution of info/help to techs, analysts, end users, etc.

As for the non-technical side of the answer: Basically, yeah, just document everything you can when you come across anything that needs documented.

Between Game Freak and Niantic, yeah, that's a pretty compelling combo for mediocrity.
