In Arizona, the state GOP has just $14,800 left in the bank at the end of August, as reported by the Arizona Mirror.
They should be a lot more broke then that!
Remember the faux election audit in AZ, the one that hired fucking "Cyber Ninjas" to do the work, the company that had zero experience doing so?
Yeah that company was responsible for going over time and budget, grifting $6M from trump donors (good!), but also illegally corralling/storing/examining all of the largest county's voting machines (bad!):
Maricopa County also has sued the state to replace voting machines used in the audit, saying it would cost the county $2.8 million to replace the machines.
In a separate motion filed Friday, the defense attorneys said the evidence doesn’t support a finding that he intended to defraud, and said the same applies to Weisselberg and McConney. The lawyers argued that attorney general’s office has failed to prove insurance fraud and has not demonstrated any real-world impact, and banks did their own due diligence on the financial statements.
Apparently some larger airliners have a similar mechanism for the cargo hold of the aircraft. The system is sometimes referred to as "the puppy snuffer" :(
I went to my pharmacy to get mine, handed over my insurance card when asked. The techs got so frustrated trying to get the info to take, they just rang me up as a walk-in with no insurance, no added charge.
I remember when the first video store opened in my town. It was so early on, that they also rented the actual vcr machines too, since they were too expensive for the average family to buy.
Then I remember 20 years later going to the blockbuster to buy up their discounted tapes since dvds had displaced them.
And now there's only one rental place in my city, has stayed alive as a retro cool comeback, and also sells micro brews in growlers.
They should be a lot more broke then that!

And that's just some of it. Here's a good timeline of how fucked up the AZ senate made things, and at the end of it all, the GOP ignored the results.
