I think the three biggest contributors are:

• immigration
• nitrogen crisis not allowing to have as many houses built as we need
• seniors living at home longer instead of going to a nursing home

Those look interesting! Thinking about ordering a ten pack to see if they come close. I would love if more keyboards would support MCQ’s.

Difficult to answer not knowing what you like aesthetically. I would surely look at keychron.

I bought a brother laser printer 20 (??) years ago and it’s still working beautifully. Was the budget model at that time. So definitely under 150. Maybe even 100.
