Same. I have been working where I work much longer than my boss. I know the relevant requirements better most of the time. I don't throw that in their face. Plus, even if I'm right, they can (in the moment) pull rank and enforce whatever they want. I remain humble in my assertions and in return they almost never pull rank. It's a good balance. My boss actually depends on me to know the requirements and be able to tell everyone what they are. Then, they just enforce them. Win-win for me.
He's corrupt and will do things to enrich himself. This is what he did before. That's bad, especially because some of the things he did jeopardized lives (especially when it comes to COVID, but certainly not exclusively). However, the people handling him this time are much more dangerous. This is what worries me most about this go round.
Anyone decent will be fired for not doing terrible things or quit because there's too much pressure to do the terrible things (cf Trump's first term). Most of them are happy to do the terrible things this go round, though, because they were identified in advance for being willing to do the terrible things.
People might be reluctant to assume possession of billions if people were murdering/ systematically killing billionaires. So, it might be achieved relatively quickly.
What's wrong with a cart full of cheese? I haven't bulk bought cheese in my adult life, but I have bought several bars and several bags of shredded cheese at the same time. I'd do it again, too!
There are some differences between BotW and TotK, but they are fairly similar. I'm still playing TotK, but I'm enjoying it. The biggest difference between the two was a great addition, imo.
I'm also replaying OoT. My son is excited to see the game that goes with the music he loves.
I like to think that his memory is linear and if he goes from (a) young to (b) adult and back to (c) young, his knowledge goes from a ➡️ a+b ➡️ a+b+c. So, his age is sort of irrelevant.
I needed more medication to numb than he thought--way more. Don't be afraid to speak up. Otherwise, the process was easy. I had discomfort for longer than he said, but that's just how my body is. Two years later, I still have some discomfort doing certain things (not common things), but again that's how my body is. That is how it is for some people, and I am just one of those few unlucky people. I have the ability to sense painful things greater than most and the ability to tolerate that pain more than most. It was still worth it. My wife and I were done having children and now we don't have to worry about any surprises.
If we bring them back, we need to add googily eyes to them. I know that's not the message that people are trying to send, but how can we resist the temptation?
Cold fusion achieved!
