Yes, the pattern matching is important. There was a sequel to Contra on PS2 (I think) that my friend and I found pretty hard. We learned the patterns of where to be and where/when to aim. Then, we kicked butt. We turned it up to the hardest setting and didn't really need to adjust much. So, it ended up being really easy at that point. We loved playing that game after we learned the patterns.

I don't think anyone was saying all the responsibility belongs to women. I think they were saying that women, among other targeted groups, should have extra motivation to vote these people out.

I agree with your points, but Trump's violations endanger people's lives in a way no one else has. He bad mouths them and he has 100,000 crazies ready to harm those people and their families, and millions of others who would support the action. It can't and shouldn't simply be treated like everyone else. That flies in the face of equal treatment under the law, but only because there's no one else in the U.S. who has been in a similar situation.

I agree it's better, but the impact on someone's life should be the same. Otherwise, you disproportionately target the poor.

Which is still problematic. If I make a million a year and my fine is 10k, that's less meaningful to them than 300 is to someone who make 30k per year.
