When do you finally calm down after buying a house?

  • It goes away, I spent ~11 months doing a complete DIY remodel after my partner and I closed so that whole year was stressful, but now that we're moved in it really ain't that bad.

  • Amazon's drone delivery is trash, you're correct. But eventually it will be significantly better than humans, input gps location and the product will be at that exact location give or take 1 foot

    Take a look at ziplines upcoming drone delivery service for instance, it will be significantly better than Amazon's and will be way better than a human delivery driver.

  • The expanse is so good, and the books, and audiobooks are even better. I'm just finishing 6th audio book and while I loved the show the audio book (and book) are on another level. Highly recommend to anyone who likes space and sci-fi.
