  • I guess. Not stealing a bunch of classified documents and refusing to give them back is a great way to not be prosecuted for stealing classified documents though.

    Anyway what I meant by “pretty easy to say” is that it’s not really a satisfying or useful suggestion.

  • I hope so. Biden is old, but his problems with mental acuity were dramatically exaggerated by the media and conservatives. When people asked him questions, he would actually answer them. Meanwhile republicans were “omg he doesn’t even know what room he’s in bro” and that was sort of ridiculous. But then, you have Trump seems not just loopy but insane and deranged, and unlike Biden, he’s always been an idiot. However Trump he gets a pass from these same people. The press has never paid nearly enough attention to how incoherent he is. It gets frustrating because it has to be on purpose.

  • Plenty of suggestions as long as we’re second-guessing his actions. Many of his crimes were related to the 2020 election, and if he hadn’t ran, he wouldn’t have issues in Georgia. We could also just say he could have not taken a bunch of classified documents, but it’s pretty easy to say “just don’t commit crimes”. The main one that he couldn’t avoid at that point was the Stormy Daniels hush money case.

  • Proteins are just amino acids. You can find the same proteins in plant foods as meat. There are other details about what different types of basic foods contain, of course, but it’s theoretically possible to create something that contains all the same nutrients as meat out of plants.

  • Supervillains have some sort of charisma. People love to hate them. When a Bond villain is on screen, it’s like oh, this guy is cool… if Musk was in a movie it would be like wow, please skip this shit, this guy is boring and creepy. Musk is far from authentically charming. He tries though, and it’s nauseating. I admit that the deranged tangerine baboon has some sort of natural charisma - Musk does not. His special facial expressions are atrocious. His attempts at humor are embarrassingly bad. He has very little social awareness. To top it all off, despite being an off putting and repellent petty, immature and clueless ignoramus, he clearly radiates that he think he is the absolute best. So, his new sycophant relationship with Trump is perfect. He’d be like the #2 or 3 evil henchmen, kind of a side character, who gets knocked off 2/3 through the film and the crowd is relieved.

  • We obviously need to re-think something. Prisons are not effective for rehabilitation and barely effective for threats of punishment. There are also way too many people who are threats released while people who aren't really are incacerated... like, someone who has been stealing cars, mugging people, attacking people at bus stops should be held vs. someone who say, did some financial fraud. It's all over the place though.
