I picked up Void Crew, it’s been fun but I’m still unsure how to do anything but shoot guns 😅 and the community seems very nice, only met one troll so far who was promptly banned from our group. Would recommend
For a decade I was in the “power user” metric of commenting and making content I wasn’t doing it for any reason just enjoying my communities but I’ve caught a permanent ban after nearly two decades on reddit… for upvoting content and making two joke comments… it really does feel like an active purge. If you’re not on either end of the political spectrum there to stir shit and tell your side the people you disagree with literally aren’t humans anymore and start drama or a lurker idk what there even is to do there anymore
No one is upset that Israel wanted to do something about being attacked, but what’s happening is so wildly disproportionate. If hamas did that in any other country and that country decided to go full scorched earth in retaliation no one would support that yet somehow a single attack justifies what’s going on now?? If someone eggs your house do you hunt them down, burn down their house, kill them then do the same to all their relatives?? No obvious that’s insane and that’s essentially what’s happening here, the attack was wrong but two wrongs do not make a right and the force of the response is so far above uncalled for
Most (all?) of the good drugs have side effects. Ketamine actually doesn’t have that many side effects unless you’re overusing and/or using it for a long time.
This dude came to my spouses work to do some sort of work/help (I don’t know the exact details) and someone wrote a doc he needed to review. It was a lot of work not just like a few notes but a proper doc and all he wrote back upon “reviewing” it was a thumbs up emoji!! 👍🏻 everyone was shocked lol, no feed back, no notes nothing just 👍🏻
Trans identies must be accept as valid period the end but I find drag often veers into “woman face” territory and it’s done for entertainment not as an expression of an authentic self, not that drag is inherently wearing woman face but a lot of performers absolutely take it there. I don’t want my children, especially my daughter watching content that exaggerates my female features for entertainment and dehumanizes women into nothing more than a caricature
Everything is considered a call to violence on Reddit now though, I got a week long ban for saying I was surprised Kanye hadn’t murder/suicided Kim or Taylor yet and the reason was I was inciting violence like Kanye himself was going to read that and then do it
Whoever is watching the Behind The Bastards sub will 1000% get you banned. Most of my bans, including my final one came from there. I got banned for a week for saying “I’m surprised Kanye hasn’t murder/suicided Kim or Taylor yet” in the BtB sub apparently it was inciting violence, my final ban was when I joked on a list of people naming insane things to be “pro” about and I wrote I was “pro-keying this car” which was inciting violence again apparently. you just have to comment in highly contentious subs and you’ll catch bans left and right
I don’t tho m the Italian tourist who was kidnapped and tortured was a crypto bro I think the guys doing the torture were and this detective kept it covered up and may have been the kidnapper…
