A dedicated app is prettier, more functional, and (feels) faster than Firefox + Ublock or Newpipe, actually plays in the background (seamlessly, I might add... looking at you, Newpipe), and allows for more player options.
Happened to me two weeks ago, not necessarily because of an update, but because of the restart
It saw my entire btrfs distro install on a separate drive as "corrupt", and ran a chkdsk while I was away. Now GRUB shows all my installs but can't boot them anymore.
Turns out distrohopping won't make fprintd work with my laptop fingerprint sensor or give me equal Proton performance on my (admittedly) low-end iGPU, so uhh...
I have their Space A40s. I can definitely feel the latency (~150-200ms), and Game Mode barely makes a difference at all. They're actually lower latency compared to yours, according to Rtings...
Doesn't help that they disable the EQ in Game Mode, because this specific model is just way too muddy and veiled for my tastes, otherwise.
I'm pretty sure the intended gesture is just to hold the edge of the screen where the drawer is for a second, then drag. Works alright for me, anyway...
Never saw the appeal in vertical tabs, but maybe Edge or FF extensions just don't do them well enough... Good for Mozilla though, I guess
