Thus actually happened to my friend a few weeks ago. Went from a 40 dollar ride to 20 after passing on the 40 for a little while.

Now I want to eat Korean BBQ till I hate myself and pass out in the car ride home.

Well, you are going from AMD to Nvidia, so there is a significant upgrade just in that. When I did my switch, I swore never to go back to AMD Gpu's. But also going to a much more modern card than an almost 8 year old one would make anyone's rig feel better. Glad you have a good card now!

But seriously, my 1080 does fine for most things, and I have a 2k 144hz monitor. It's JUST starting to show its age as I can't blast everything on high/ultra anymore and have to turn down the biggest fps guzzling settings.

Yea, honestly, in the overall picture of things I am too, because who knows what would have actually happened if things had been taken further with him there like you said. But just for this scenario where it went as far as it did - the court is now hung up on technicalities, it would be a different conversation if he had.

I really wish that he wasn't stopped from attending it like he wanted too, this would be such an open and shut thing if otherwise. Now the courts are all hung up on if he participated or not. He obviously fucking caused it but you know, due process and all.

Elden Ring would be so sick. I've never really played a Souls Game and I've heard and seen soooo much good stuff about this entry. I've recently played through AC6 that was put out by the same developers and the attention to detail as well as the great gameplay itself really made the game a blast to play through. I'm playing through the original metal gear solid and it has a pretty good pacing that keeps things fresh while also being a short game. I think you can beat it in about 10-12 hours depending on how much you call in your codec to get extra dialog if you want.

I was talking shit about this to a group of friends one day, saying that how the hell do you think that's a good idea and one of them piped up that he had a picture of him with a fish he caught and justified it as "showing them they can provide food".
