  • The amount of people who suddenly became experts during the pandemic and lecturing me with a bunch of contradictory stuff. Everyone saying something different, but everyone sure that they're right and everyone else is idiots.

Calling me a sheep for believing the vaccine will work when I don't understand it. I tell them I don't understand how any of my other medicines work but they're saving my life regular. I don't understand how audio digitalisation works but I'm happy enough talking on the phone.

  • Twilight. My wife made me watch the first one and it's actually got a really interesting world and hints at a lot of decent lore and possible content.

Then they fill the film with close-ups of their eyes meeting across the room for minutes on end.

  • You know what really really really really really bothers me about some of those people? They were loudly talking about how this is just a test of control and they can see who'll obey the new world order and who'll rebel and they're loudly and proudly rebelling telling anyone who'll listen.

If it really is a test and they're making a list, why put yourself on the "kill this prick first" list?

  • It only takes one, and they're not going to admit to their mum that they tried taking it apart or installing some dodgy stuff on it. Once word gets out they can be "randomly" bricked they'll stop selling so well.

There's also the risk that it'll actually get randomly triggered.

  • The target audience still goes online. Generally Facebook and mumsnet. Wait til it happens to one of them and the stories go round like wildfire.

With that market, especially at big luxury prices like a console, you exist solely on good faith.
