That's simply not true. You can install either Linux or Windows on your Desktop, but when you buy a phone you basically stuck with the OS. (You can flash LineageOS but it'll still be android)

Also, if you don't trust and app just don't use it? Web versions are good enough for most cases. And there you have Mull (hardened ff for android) with uBO to protect you.
I like it, feels like the roles and playstlye are flexible and even healers can be fun. On a personal note, I've never seen a champion that as cool as Evie at any other game I played. So fun and unique
