PollyMC is a Prism Launcher fork but with "offline mode" and works perfectly on my opinion. I recommend downloading the flatpak version as the appimage asks you for certain versions of Java that are easy to install but sometimes gets a little complicated.
And yes, Micro$hit can eat shit. I personally bought Minecraft but on the day I was forced to migrate my Mojang account to a Micro$oft account with the threat that "If I don't do it I'll lose access to my game" I delete my Mojang account and use PollyMC since.
It looks great! I love when the websites give you the link of their RSS in your face. I know that many sites is simply add "/rss" or "/feed" at the end of their URL but it seems to me that it have become a trend that the websites hide their feed url.
I just tried it and I love it, I have absolutely nothing against the other recommended games but I'm more player Battlefield-type FPS and this is just awesome, thank you!
I hope no one gets offended, but is there anyone who can explain why the indians say "Sir" like that? I mean, it’s so characteristic, I don’t criticize it, I’m just genuinely curious.
To update Wine you simply need to go to the graphical package manager of your distro, also called "Software Store" and update it.
And it would be interesting more context to help you about your configuration and machine, because I doubt very much that an upgrade of Wine will make a program run or not, it depends on much more things, as precisely the dependencies of the program itself.
I know I ask a while after but I have your answer in mind for days and I have a somewhat subjective question: How many seeders can be considered few seeders? For example, right now I downloaded the latest Garuda Linux ISO and it has 30 seeders (the Gnome version) but with what you said I really don't see the need to seed this because I'm going to seed something that already has many seeders and Garuda is constantly renewing its ISOs.
Recently a user in privacy@lemmy.ml created this post about URLCheck, it is quite complete and has many options, in fact if I'm not wrong it can also redirect links from proprietary services like Youtube to open source front-ends like Invidious or Piped, so I don't see why with a little research you couldn't access it directly from the article.
Honestly I’m jealous of you, I have a Nvidia GPU and both Xorg and Wayland run poorly on Plasma. Wayland corrected many things but brought others problems, and Plasma’s experience at Xorg is degranding.
I am jealous because I am already used to my workflow in Plasma, and besides, I love Plasma, but otherwise it would be a Gnome fan.
And it’s curious because I also have the problem of windows or mouse leaving a ghost shadow in certain windows. In programs like Yuzu or RPCS3 that makes playing simply impossible, I thought that was a problem at the level of Nvidia drivers, not DE, maybe try Gnome, thanks OP.
I am interested in this topic but I unlike the OP do not know anything about the theme, what difference does Usenet have from a debrid service like AllDebrid? if I’m not wrong, Alldebrid download on their servers by torrent the magnet you give it and you just download it as a direct download, what difference does this have with Usenet?
Remember that to access the .onion you need to first decode the text I send (without the Lemmy URL) with a tool like Base64 and use the Tor browser.
Edit: They also have a Mastodon account where they keep actively informing about the situation of the site, just 11 hours ago they said they have a problem that they cannot solve.
According to FMHY and Piracy's megathread and my own experience, yes, but it never hurts scan every app you plan to install with VirusTotal and use only mods from known publishers, like Mixroot or Derrin.
I think the same, If it were not for the changes that Mozilla has been doing recently to bring more extensions to mobile devices, User-Agent Switcher could not be installed at all.
That's true but I don't translate anything especially critical, but it's works great when DeepL no longer lets you translate more after getting over their daily limit.
And even though they have my text, they don't know where it really comes from because it comes from a proxy. (Although this makes me thing: Now the proxy maintainer have my text?)
