How does employing a rapist not constitute an unsafe work environment for female employees?

  • I think it comes down to the criminal's motivation.

    Some people are in a desperate circumstance. They steal or deal or whatever because society affords them no real opportunities. You can't really blame those people.

    Others think it's okay to short people on their paychecks, charge outright extortion for rent, or otherwise make the lives of others significantly worse for no other reason than their own sociopathic greed. Those people should absolutely be shown to the guillotine.
