The difference is who the billionaires behind the man are. These newly rich tech bros are obviously more aggressive in the abuse of citizens and dismantling of democracy than the old evil billionaires were, who had probably held their positions of power since the times of plantations and railroads.

We can get almost everything from other places than usa. If it gets more Europeans to boycut American companies, thats definitely worth a little suffering.

You are right though that you can be a registrerede voter with no party affiliation, but there are still 50mil eligible voters that haven't registrered.
