It wouldn't need to flip if you just make a symmetrical upsidedown 4 on the topside of the 8.
Honestly, I think capitalism wouldn't be so bad if it was limited to what it's good at. Fashion, tech, entertainment, snacks, ect.
But essential food, housing, water, healthcare, even electricity and internet access, the idea that these things that will always have infinite demand is haphazardly controlled through profit motive is disgusting.
Infrastructures should be government controlled and free. Essential resources should have some sort of universal basic "food stamps" system. Then actual money just becomes the luxury "fun bucks" that you don't lose out on if you don't have a lot. For example pet owners would be given a credits for pet food and free vet care, but a silly pet costume would use money.
Disclaimer: This is just a personal idea I've been mulling over, I'm sure there's a million holes in it.
With the ballsy and insane amount of manipulation going on it's so appropriate that the name in question was "Vriska".
I know but it's kinda the ship of theseus. It was rebuilt but for the time they got deleted.
It's just the WW2 version of "You were so preoccupied on whether or not you could, you didn't stop to think if you should"
Now there's lots of debate on if nukes resulted in the unsteady peace we benefit from today, but fact of the matter is two cities that existed, stopped, existing.
Edit: I'm being a bit hyperbolic but the point still stands.
I've been enjoying it, there's still consistent players and a good variety of decks I've fought.
Though you will learn to groan when you see an Oblivion Gate, Midnight Burial, or Paarthurnax.
My personal gripe is that there are so many ways to destroy/silence creatures and not many full proof counters. I'll have several turns of placing something down, it gets destroyed, repeat.
But I always play ranked and at the moment have an equipment based deck, and a deck built around creatures that deal damage. Hardly meta but with each I win about half the time and slowly climb the ranks.
On a light note, I'm a slut for Bethesda, atleast I skipped Fallout 76 but I'm gonna preorder Starfield. I was 11 when Skyrim came out and it's very near and dear to me and I love some aspects of Fallout 4. ESO was also not bad and I play Elder Scrolls Legends. I'm seeing this through to the end bois ✌️.
On a serious note, I swear by never drinking alone or without someone I trust as much as my partner. Nothing bad happened to me but I have several negative experiences with drinking in my family. And technically my dad died riding a motorcycle drunk, but I don't think being sober would have saved him from that specific incident.
I just never ever want to be anything close to an alcoholic. I feel like I would get addicted if it was more convenient and didn't taste bad. Fear of addiction is also why I'm wary of gambling.
Straight Boys: "Why are all the hot girls lesbians?"
Joking aside, literally happened to me, fantasized about being in a lesbian relationship, and being sad that would be impossible. It's absurd it took so long for me to recognize being trans.
As a Trans Women/Enby Pan person here, some people try to set up "rules" for the distinction but it's kinda just a vague vibes thing. The general theme is that Pansexuals are on average attracted to a wider range of people than Bisexuals. But contrary to what some people think bisexual is not limited to the binary genders. Honestly this could also be said for most identities, it's just what label you choose to call yourself.
For instance, I call myself Pansexual because not only do I like both genders (though I lean towards women), androgynous people specifically get to me. It's like both sides of my sexuality light up at the same time.
It's the same deal as them hating welfare, weed, crack, the homeless, the poor, and people with "low IQ" (That one's mainly Jordan Peterson).
It's a tried and true strategy to push minorities into poverty and bad/desperate communities, then turn around and use that as justification to discriminate against them, "but not for their skin color, it's because of xyz".
Don't you hate it when your 6 year old starts dating those people from the negative mirrorworld? No child of mine I say!
That's typically how it's actually used, but then that makes any reference to being a centrist pointless when discussing issues.
This interpretation means there is no "centrist position", so if an issue is divided by Democrat vs Rebuplican (which it usually is) then you're picking a side for that discussion.
That means that in issue specific conversations or debate, bringing up the fact your centrist only serves to fracture yourself from the party your currently on the side of. (None of this applies for registering to vote, where being an Independent actually matters).
I just think the label at best fractures your impact and reach and at worst is an attempt to sound rationally superior.
All this to say, not identifying with a party or choosing opinions are all well and fine, but categorising yourself as a centrist just groups you with a bunch of people that don't necessarily represent or agree with you.
I feel like the very idea of "centrist" is flawed. Sure you can choose not to identify with either party.
But for most of these issues you can't reasonably pick a "center" option for most issues. Sure we can argue implementation but you're either ok with abortion, gun control, gay rights, civil rights, or your not.
Is it really useful to have the "control guns" and "control guns only a little" groups fighting when there's a "school kids are a worthy sacrifice for guns" party?
The issue isn't the people posting, the issue is a community meant to get the youngest possible looking adults, even if they're adults, is going to attract closetted pedophiles and allow them to network.
If a young looking but verified adult posted to the numerous other nsfw communities there'd be no issue. But gathering people on the criteria of "young/child looking" is going to give a comfortable space for pedophiles to communicate with each other and spread the actual illegal stuff in private.
It's not the content or the posters, it's the communities that's being fostered that's the problem.
I feel like the people getting upset over this are taking these hypotheticals of "young looking adults just wanting to be able to make porn equally and that technically the community did nothing wrong".
The problem is that just ignores the fact that pedophiles would definitely use communities like that as a "foot in the door" to a comminity that would naturally have a lot of closetted pedophiles. The issue isn't young looking adults making porn, the issue is a community based around youngest possible looking adults is naturally gonna attract and encourage pedophiles.
It's like they say, "all it takes is allowing one nazi in your bar for it to rapidly turn into a nazi bar".
Look up aphantasia, it's when someone has no visuals in their head whatsoever, they tend to think more in concepts and words but never anything visual. And most people fit somewhere inbetween the two extremes (but it's still surprisingly common for someone to have aphantasia, they just don't realize it).
Funnily enough your daydreaming seem a little more advanced than mine, I typically struggle to imagine smells, but that might be link to just having a bad nose overall.
When your child comes out as a trans man.
"Praise the son!"
I can give you an explanation of godel numbers and how we proved that all general logical systems will have contradictions (knowledge gotten from youtube though), but tell me to subtract a two numbers and I'll need a minute.
As for calculus, I didn't take the class in high school, but I do watch videos about infinite series and proofs which I find fascinating now. I plan on going to college (2nd attempt) and I'm certain I'll be much more proficient in it once I learn the fundamentals.
I have a Raspberry Pi and twice I uninstalled something with the goal of reinstalling it, only to realize that what I uninstalled was required to install anything. And I broke the desktop several times over.
I now use apt install --reinstall, I learned my lesson.
