Look at the bigger picture, the default is what everyone including the elderly, kids, anyone not tech savvy, or anyone that doesn't want to search for the "don't serve me malware" setting for their friggin email.

The company is still liable if they officially promote dangerous stuff, even if the user could technically avoid it. Take the Panera Charged Lemonade scandal for example. The user shouldn't be forced to tiptoe around the email client itself.

Honestly it still would have been malware if it was actually McAfee.

I feel like Markiplier keeps improving, over time his videos have cut out a lot if padding and fluff that was the standard in old school let's plays, but it's not a smash cut fest like some newer youtubers are.

He also is diversifying his mediums, like the movie that he's currently making (not a "youtuber movie", an actual movie adapted off the game Iron Lung).

The only real controversy of his that I can think of was when he stood up for PewDiePie when he said the n-word. Mainly because they were friends. With how many years he's been going I'm surprised there's not more.

Gas will expire eventually and you could just hotwire one of the many abandoned cars anyways, if the roads aren't blocked by said cars. Bullets will run out unless you find a gun shop, in which case you get guns anyways. Water purifying is easy enough to do without a machine.

My picks would be German Shepherd, Axe, First Aid, and Radio.

There's a reason we domesticated dogs, they are useful in so many different ways like hunting, defense, and security (and companionship). Especially German Shepherds, you can see the damage they do when used by police.

Axes are survivalist 101 and some are practically multi tools despite being simple.

First Aid because infections, zombie or not, are the real killers throughout history.

The radio's more of a gamble, but it's your best chance to find a new settlement, monke strong together and all that. Also you can maybe stay informed on what's happening in other parts of the country. (And it lets me flex my Amateur Radio License).

A chaser fetishize and go after trans people in the same way people fetishize asians, latinx, black people, ect.

It's not wrong to have a preference for trans people, it is wrong to reduce them to a sex object for your pleasure. That's what a chaser is.

But yeah, the way it's been handled is both sides willfully ignoring the fact they are two countries, which is an inherently unstable position.

It'd be like if Puerto Rico claimed all of America it's own and America was very upset about that while also ignoring it.

It's been stable based on temporary peace and Mutually Assured Destruction (not just from nukes). For example China-Taiwan are still in a civil war that never officially ended, and China has always wanted to reabsorb Taiwan and Taiwan has always been opposed to. The Koreas are actively still in a cease fire for a war that also never concluded. And the middle east has always been churning with armed conflicts.

The western 1st world countries managed to extract enough wealth to stay far and away from these kinds of conflicts, but they are still heavily dependent on these countries and we'll all feel the impacts if things get worse.

The Ukraine-Russia & Israel-Palestine wars, and the likelyhood of China going after Taiwan before 2027, and the Koreas continually being a powder keg influenced by all of this. Between all that and me being 23 years old I sincerely think I might witness World War 3, it's terrifying, yet it feels inevitable with our era of false 1st world peace built on a house of cards.

That's not even mentioning the Republican Project 2025, as a trans person I might have to fight for my life.
