It's all good and great, but if you find yourself a need to do anything with printing and hp - you are doing something wrong. Reconsider your life choices.. 😅

I've heard that it's not fully open source. Some components of it are still closed source.

I remember few years ago (or like 5 years ago) when I was switching to windows on and off. Maximum of 1 year I switch to Linux, in a few months I switch back.

Thanks to Steam contribution (and all the devs at winehq/dxvk), I stayed on Linux for more than a year and not planning to swith back. My favorite fps game is insurgency sandstorm.:) works great on Linux

I've played this game so much as a kid. It's nice to see that this game is still maintained (as OSS) and still being mentioned. :)

I practically observed it. To me flatpaks were horribly slow due to my download speed. I don't know what sort of magic packages it was downloading, but I was waiting way longer than simply using pacman/AUR packages. 🤷

On Arch Linux I've migrated away from Flatpaks, so I only use AUR and official repos.

Oh boy my updates speed increased like 3 to 5 times. Flatpak is slow as fuck.

Also my ISP is slow as fuck.

Just like Linux is default standard for servers, I wish Godot would become a future's stardard of game engine.

Just like hudreds of corpos and many independent individuals commit patches to Linux kernel, I wish the same happens with Godot.

I love that there are so many geeks with such healthy understanding about the world.
