2.25 Terabytes per second for regular use? Thats actually not that bad considering its the entirety of steam. I kind of want to see those numbers for youtube.
Id argue that serving alcohol before beeing allowed to drink it has an educational value. They will see what it does to their customers. Also its not like they will start chugging orders.
Just as beeing able to drink BEFORE you can drive is better
Idk i dont think its that bad. If i employed a child in a bar id punch/expell anyone that touched it. Serving drinks is definitely a cool job and the kid gets first contact with a wide range of people. but also i am legally allowed alcohol at 16 so...
Our uni basically transitioned to python plus matplotlib at some point. Not because they wanted to get rid of the paid matlab license but because python got quite popular.
I think the students still get the matlab key for free.
while i am a bit sceptic of the value of this article, no i dont. I have never in my life put plastic in the microwave and never in my life did i think that this would be a good idea. Not because of conviction or anything but because i developed a fight and flight reaction towards heating plastic.
