there's a timezone setting in the user settings, but setting it to use the server timezone did not really help for me.

Matrix is not something you can just set up with no skills.

not everyone needs to host their own server. just choose an existing one that's not matrix. org (which is basically overloaded)

oh it is, don't worry. I didn't choose caring for a baby or small children as time goes, and for a fact I never wanted one. it was them who decided to maje another one, so they really should be putting in the work to care for them on the regular.

the ability to watch youtube on a 240x320 screen? at that level, video is heavily compressed. is any text in videos readable? is it possible to discern tools and screws? or is it just a low-level entertainment device effectively?

Though yeah, my post is more about feature phones, not real dumbphones as I originally wrote in the title.

I have to admit I did not recognize a difference between these two. I thought feature phones and dumb phones are the same category.
