You need to monitor which process is using all the memory. The easiest way is probably to keep htop running in a screen or tmux session, periodically connect, and look at which processes have the highest used memory.

Will report back with findings when it crashes again. Thanks for all the help.

It's random. I will try to monitor specific processes/tasks to check the resource usage. Maybe HTOP would help. I will report the findings once I am able to track it.

Superb. I will do that. Would increasing ram Capacity solve the issue? Also, does High IO wait time indicate issue with the boot drive (which is an SSD that is 4 years old)

Yes. I plan on doing the 9 Bar mod. I was hoping the EVO version would have it by default. Looks like only North America version has 9 Bar by default. There was another link shared by a user for a mod: https://gaggiuino.github.io/

Tamper is a piece of plastic. I plan to poke some accupunture needles into a cork to DIY a WDT. And plan to get a generic steel tamper without any fancy spring loaded ones.

For the portafilter , i think it comes with 3 baskets. Pressurised, non-presurrized single dose and non pressurized double dose.

I am not sure if Evo comes at 9 bar pressure spring. I will confirm with the vendor once.

Superb. Planning to implement this with Caddy. Nginx was having performance issues , last time I configured it. Maybe I didn't configure it well..

Will try nginx as reverse proxy if Caddy doesn't work well for mTLS.

It already has authentication. The problem with cloudflare WAF is that my application is streaming videos, that is against the Cloudflare's ToS.

I am hoping it might work. It's Android TV. So it should support certificates. Site to site VPN is a bit challenging. I will try to explore the mTLS option suggested here.
