  • Fubo is expensive but has almost every sport I want to watch. My in laws have it and it beats the premium cable packages for cost and convenience. Sorry to sound like an ad but if people have only seen fubo's ads they might not realize that this is a streaming service that can be worth the money if you like all sports all the time. Fuck the peacock exclusive. Fuck the prime exclusive. Fuck the apple TV exclusive. Sports should be easy to watch!

  • Thanks, I ended up doing a version of this. Nextpvr when set up correctly handled everything well. The end result to the original query is there is no free epgs out there that work, Xmltv is the best to generate epgs, and that I lose sight of problems and get obsessed with solutions.

  • At some point in the last two years I completely stopped using Google search in browser and just use Google maps to find businesses or ddg for searches. Actual Google search just has too many sponsored or promotional links

  • I wouldn't. They either take them when I'm in there or they don't. You can't chart they took it if you didn't see it. If they are aaox4 why can't you just explain to them they need to take the meds with you present?

  • Yeah, this reads like an AITA post and the answer to op is yes lol. I feel like this is 100% not an autonomy issue like op said either. This is hopefully the pt's home meds or something but what if it was something that needs levels? The 5 rights are for pt safety and right time is one of the easiest to remember. I think your reply explains it best.

  • This pt isn't refusing meds though. I've been a nurse a long time, only ER but still, putting in note to the ehr instead of doing one's job is bad practice. They either take it or refuse. In acute care there's no "probably took it later" option. People can refuse whatever. I tell my patients (who can leave) this isn't hospital jail but this guy seems to be talking about dumping a cup of pills and leaving.

  • You can't chart he took it if you don't see him take it. You have to wait or chart a reason the med was delayed. Why does your ehr even have a box for "left it next to him"?

  • Friends, Big Bang Theory. Let There Be Blood. Which is odd because I like sitcoms and dramatic movies but sometimes it feels like the time has passed and all of the like memes and expectations surrounding a certain thing make for an insurmountable amount of initialization energy.
