  • A ‘male’ can almost be called an ‘it’: it has a characterization of cold, scientific classification.

But that's the issue: its dehumanizing and that's done intentionally. The use case you mention seems to just be an extension of its usage for livestock rather than an exception. But its an exception to it being used in a misogynistic way while still being a noun.

  • Metadata Some cursors cannot become SVGs, and that's fine. Some cursors are used for more than one shape, and that's fine. Some cursors are animated, and that's fine! All of a shape's properties are described in a small meta.hl file alongside them.

Seems like it should support it?

  • You could do more than hope. A start could be just making lists, categorizing common communities. At least with that, someone could just go through and block or sub to all the coms within a category. No specialized knowledge needed.

  • W11 also has an annoying snap behavior between monitors, which may have led to that decision. My left monitor is 720p and my main is 4K. On W10, I kept the monitors aligned at the top and it made it really easy to land on the bottom left corner of the main screen. Now it jumps up to the left monitor doing the same thing.

  • I would. But I'm not cis. And I regularly wear thigh highs. I didn't think I would particularly like them, but got some anyways because of the programming sock meme, but I'm apparently terrible at knowing what I'd like.

Still, was making a joke. Femboys exist too and they like thigh highs too. But unhappiness about masculine aspects of your body if you are amab should be reason to more seriously consider why.

  • However if people vote uncommitted in the primaries because they are convinced Biden is Genocide Joe then they aren’t going to want to vote for Biden in the general election.

If he changes policy, why not? People can make mistakes. Ideally, I'd rather not support someone who has such a past history and I'd be skeptical that the change is a long-term change rather than just trying to appeal to voters in the short-term, but given the other likely outcome, someone it certainly would be a lot better outcome.

  • I figure there's enough differences that they want to scare protentional devs from making the changes needed for it to work on Switch 2. They knew that getting rid of an existing open source emulator wasn't really possible, but is a new one is not made, then its not just a matter of sharing copies.

But given that consoles are becoming more and more PC-like, I wonder how hard it will be to make an emulator anyways.

  • seems more equitably split between them. although, i have observed, lesbian couples tend to view is as a dull task

Was a bit surprised until that part. No way my moms shopping would seem like an equitable split between them. Granted, one of my moms is regularly assumed to be a guy (I've had my high school's front office tell me to go to a remote parking lot to see my "dad" before - had fun messing with my teacher by pointing out I don't have one as I left the classroom). So people might not even notice they are a lesbian couple and many probably assume she's a dad when with us. Home Depot has always been far closer.

  • Given how often I see people mistake cis women for cis men, I'm quite skeptical of most people's ability to tell the gender of even cis men and cis women. And given how much more common cis people are than trans people, there's gonna be a lot of "false positives" with even a small error rate.
