  • Someone who covers her drink when you enter the room

  • the person has no family or each and every one of their relatives consents and is totally ok with their loved one's body ending up in a casserole

Assuming your first condition is already met then nah, a person's own wishes as regards their own body ought to supersede those of anyone else

  • If it's a dietary thing that's fine, but if the person consents to being eaten I don't see any ethical problems.

Cannibalism is the only ethical way to eat meat QED

  • While this is true, the main prion diseases that occur in humans do come specifically from neural matter.

  • Sometimes I really regret having signed onto an instance that disables downvotes.

  • We're on lemmy, none of us are having kids anyway.

  • Bruh why do you think the Steam Deck is called that in the first place?

  • My strapon is too rigid to helicopter 😔

  • zoomers

Hey pal, don't blame us for this shit, most of us are in our twenties

  • Last time we gave my gf's cat a deworming tablet it was a team effort. I held him down with his legs in my hands, her dad held his head still and his jaw open and her mum put the tablet in his mouth (it took her four or five tries because the dumb moggy loves to spit them out).

  • Yes, and I still think that shitlordy behaviour of "teehee I didn't technically break the rules-as-written despite it being blatantly obvious to everyone around that my intent was to do exactly that because I'm scared of getting a comment removed on the internet" is a pathetic display of weakness.

Idk, I find all three alternatives preferable: either say the slur we all know you mean and just cop the consequences, be more creative with your insult game, or idk, maybe just don't use cognitive impairments as a punching bag???

  • I'm shocked that the number isn't higher, does that count?

  • Idk, I think it's gone out of fashion atp, but it was super annoying.

  • Why "regarded"? I don't get it tbh. To me it just says that you want to call someone "retarded" but you're just too much of a coward to commit. Like, it communicates the exact same contempt for someone's cognitive abilities but also an aversion to using a proper No-No Word™ because you don't wanna transgress some sorta social taboo against them while doing so. Cuck behaviour, ngl chief.
