Only 3 reasons to watch their type of vids, preview/review of shiny new tech product, technical expertise or entertaining hosts.
But these days, other channels have the same access to new products, they are definitely not experts in the subjects they cover, and I find all the hosts pretty dull.
If all the buttons and menus all looked the same wouldn't it be a lot harder to find what you're looking for? Wouldn't you want some things to stand out, especially if that's what your users are used to?
I understand the joke, but I never had to change the name of a branch because of a wrong upper/lower case character. Hell, I don't think I've ever even renamed a branch. Only matters when you create the PR.
Wow, did not expect downvotes for asking a question, so thanks for responding.
I guess to clarify, I'm not worrying too much because if or when these tariffs get implemented and they prove to be ineffective and unpopular, he will immediately fold and backtrack. But I realize now, this will probably have it's own consequences.
Fascinating, my GF and I are the same way. I have no idea which way is north, I have no idea which way I'm driving, while she can get around without GPS, even to new places.
I get around by memorizing the steps, left here, right there, etc. Daily commutes seem to happen automatically, there are days where I get to work and have no memory of the drive. Also feels like driving vs navigating is a completely different skillset, I've never been in an accident after 25+ years of driving, despite many close calls having to dodge other cars.
Been using Copilot instead of CharGPT but I'm sure it's mostly the same.
It adds comments and suggestions in PRs that are mostly useful and correct, I don't think it's found any actual bugs in PRs though.
I used it to create one or two functions in golang, since I didn't want to learn it's syntax.
The most use Ive gotten out of it is to replace using Google or Bing to search. It's especially good at finding more obscure things in documentation that are hard to Google for.
I've also started to use it personally for the same thing. Recently been wanting to startup the witcher 3 and remembered that there was something missable right at the beginning. Google results were returning videos that I didn't want to watch and lists of missable quests that I didn't want to parse through. Copilot gave me the answer without issue.
Perhaps what's why Google and Ms are so excited about AI, it fixes their shitty search results.
What is the acceptable amount of ram a browser should be using? Is there a way of knowing how much is “wasted”? Is it even possible to waste ram, like what is wasted, time? Electricity?
Yes, it's quite excellent, but for the Honor V3. I got the Honor for my GF who doesn't care as much about having the latest android version and latest features. Hardware wise, it's miles ahead and makes the Fold feel very dated.
Interesting way to put it. The first thing it made me think is that if they did the 2nd part entirely within your PC, would it be ok privacy-wise, and would the consumers be ok with it?
I haven't looked into the current iterations options, but I think I still want the option to turn it off. Personally I'm less concerned with privacy and more concerned with it using up my computers resources.
