Haven't played in forever, but this seems like they're selling an A-rated, non-engineered ship. Don't think this is pay to win. I don't like it, but the game has been going for 10 years, and Frontier doesn't seem to be doing great financially, so it might have well been this or shutting it down entirely.

Uh, if they want to use ROCm (kinda like CUDA, but for AMD), they do have to install it manually. It is available for some distros, so that hopefully shouldn't be a problem.

Well, Telegram seems to be giving user data to the German Federal Criminal Police Office, and if they're cooperating with the German authorities, I don't see why I'd presume they aren't cooperating with others as well.

All this is actually documented, compared to those nebulous "important people".

It has been many years since I've used an OS without full disk encryption, so I can't really compare, but I have a Windows Partition for some proprietary software that doesn't like Wine on my PC, and it is really smooth. Might be because it's on a NVME SSD, though.

Well, it kinda does. If you choose to print your keys, you can use print to file and safe them to the encrypted drive, if you really want to for some reason.

As long as there is a shortage of their main product, it'll probably keep going up. Their main competition also still seems to have difficulties catching up for gpu compute. Not saying that that can't change, but it doesn't look like it yet.

Reuters has something like that too, called Reuters Plus. It's less blatant, and isn't pushed in with their proper content, but I find paid articles by purportedly quality outlets extremely questionable in anyway.

Yeah, but the point of all the criticism is that the test also reflects mood changes and recent experiences in ways that a proper tool to measure a person's personality shouldn't. I am not saying that people can't change, just that the result of the test is rather superficial.

Meh, Reuters, which is pretty much the mainstream western source, has been relatively good on calling out Israel, and even funded an independent investigation that found that the IDF probably purposefully shelled one of their journalists.

Doesn't mean that having a wider variety of sources isn't still good, of course.
