I'm mostly unfamiliar with different systems than the standard comma for thousands and period for decimal. I've seen period used for thousands before, but in that case how does one differentiate between a thousands period and a decimal period?
I watched Jeremy Renner's wired auto complete interview on YouTube and he mentioned that was his first role. So I looked it up and it had 0% on rotten tomatoes. And I thought to myself, it can't be that bad.
It was pretty bad, maybe not 0% bad, but I found very few redeeming qualities.
If we're talking about Paul, he's the result of over ten millennia of a secret breeding program by the bene gesserit (albeit a generation earlier than planned) AND royalty.
I love Dune more than anything outside of Hitchhiker's Guide, but I don't think Paul really fits here. He's double special before the spice.
I insisted on calling them this throughout high school because I thought the word hoodie was dumb. Tbh I was probably annoying about it. Eventually I caved, but I still think hoodie is kind of a dumb word. So is jumper for what it's worth.
I've heard of this but never experienced it. I always got verners for an upset tummy... so now it's basically ipecac for me. Can't have any ginger ale now actually.
Pardon my ignorance, but I thought a "weeb" was someone who obsessed over Japanese culture in general, not just anime. So let's say I have a degree in Japanese studies but don't geek out over anime, am I still a weeb?
Oh man, my family loved Super Solvers Midnight Rescue! I vividly remember playing that with my older siblings, but our monitor was green and black, no color, so I'd never actually seen it before in color. But the music stuck with me and probably sparked my love for In the Hall of The Mountain King.
Also had Ernie's magic shapes and colors... which was pretty hard to do when everything is green. What were my parents thinking buying a color matching game without a color monitor?
I don't know if I'd call 20 years a slap on the wrist, it is a significant chunk of time, but it is no where near enough for the shit they did. When I went to Wikipedia to double check my info and saw that was the sentence I was appalled that was all she got. They do all deserve a life sentence for what they did.
I apologize, because this kind of sounds like a "not all men" comment, but I promise it's not meant to be. Unfortunately abuse is not just limited to being perpetrated by men, if I recall correctly Epstein famously had a female accomplice, who was apprehended and is serving time. Anyone perpetuating abuse is despicable and deserves our hate. I guess that goes without saying, however your use of "men" just stuck out in my mind and I wanted to make sure Ghislaine Maxwell and her ilk also get an equal amount of outrage directed at them.
I started playing during revised, specifically with the Fallen Empires expansion, and thought that the 4 card limit had always been a part of the game. I looked at my Pocket Players Guide from around that time and could not find that rule. After a little bit of research I ran into this comment on reddit, https://www.reddit.com/r/magicTCG/comments/2jxr9z/comment/clh3ip7 which seems to have an answer although their source linked no longer works. In 1996 the mirage rule book has the 4 card limit listed under "house rules" and in 1999 the Sixth Edition Comprehensive Rules Document has the 4 card limit listed as rule 100.2
Again unfortunately the link to that document is broken so we can't be 100% sure, but it seems the answer is sometime between Mirage in 1996 and Sixth Edition in 1999
