  • Don't forget his wife, Erika Mustermann, geb. (née) Gabler. She's usually the one used for passports these days. I think there's a whole Mustermann family living in these templates.

  • I think I remember a post here about this bug (the buttons get pushed out of the screen on some screen sizes) and an answer saying it will be fixed in the next update.

    Edit: Found it! https://lemmy.world/post/1571306

  • I once tried to grab my glasses to keep them in place while I leaned forward or something. Except I was wearing contact lenses at the time, so I just poked myself in the eye. It wasn't a serious injury, but I felt really betrayed by my own brain.

  • If you tap the envelope in the top right corner, you can see all the replies, even those marked as read. Hope that helps.

  • I'm not entirely sure whether this is caused by the same problem, but even after following a link in the comments, I often return to the top of the default page (in my case feddit.de./subscribed/hot) instead of the comment section of the post or at least the previously chosen configuration (for example feddit.de/all/active) and position.

  • Thanks for the update and all the amazing and fast work on the app!

  • Thanks, I saw embedded pictures before, but didn't know how to do that. Now I also learned something new today.

Though for xkcd comics there is an alt-text with an additional punchline for every comic (tap alt-text on mobile link or hover over the comic with the cursor on PC), so it's not ideal.

  • Just in case anyone here doesn't already know, the source is xkcd (mobile).

  • It's not just visual, posts from these communities don't show up in the subscribed feed. At least that's the way it is for me. Sometimes clicking the button again twice helps, but not always. Though at least that adds the communities to the list of subscribed communities.

Edit: Hm, just checked again, and I was wrong. Seems like they are showing up in the subscribed feed. Maybe I got that impression from some other issues my instance had before updating.

  • I think the one place it wouldn't make you look like a narcissist, would be in the toilet (where I'm from, the toilet, or at least one toilet, if there are several, is often in a tiny separate room with only the toilet and a small washbasin; idk if that's a thing where you live).
