  • I used to be limited in my art by the idea of perfectionism. But just start with moving your hand freely. Draw like you're sketching in a notebook. Don't focus on creating perfect lines, but drawing with something like a permanent marker could be a cool activity because you can't erase, so you just keep building on.

Smiling Friends has been a show that's eye opening for me to draw whatever I want because there's no coherent art style.

Just have fun with it. Start with a shape. Give it some arms. Give it some eyes. Maybe a bowtie for personality. Look around the room for random inspirations.

Art should be fun and if you're enjoying it casually, you'll just improve over time the more you do it.

  • Chicago is called the Windy City because a lot of square architecture has led to wind tunnels, but they also serve as an extra purpose of breaking up big winds and not allowing room for tornadoes to bloom.

In fact, many tornados also don't occur towards the south suburbs sometimes because Chicago just blocks all the lake Michigan wind.

  • Vertical gaming mice are good in theory, but they're bad for aim. Since you're clicking vertically, you actually very slightly move your mouse with each click. It throws off your aim :/

That and I claw grip too hard to ever get comfortable with them. But to each their own.

  • It looks disgusting cuz it's canned and cold lol. Whenever I cook with real chicken or even beef and there's broth leftover, it will turn into slight gelatin due to the collagen in the bones! There is flavor and protein in there. It'll just liquidify when you heat it up and it's some seasonings and a pinch of flour away from being gravy too.

Wild how cooking can get when you start to understand ingredients more

  • I've been on the student discount for almost 7 years now so I've been paying half price for it, but I also like it cuz I watch a decent amount of shows. That being said, I could totally cancel for a month or two and not even notice it.

  • Andrew Tate and his influence /s

But tbh, it's really just the rhetoric. White men, who have been the dominant force for so long, are now feeling what it's like to really be equal with everyone else and now they're feeling like they're the minority when they're not. Especially since they're young, they're more susceptible to the rhetoric that made other white men successful in the past.
