I am the developer of that scanner's software. There is a known bug, where the scanner says "€" instead of "cm" when little objects come near it.

I think ur client isn't displaying the image properly. This is a webp image, which is moving (like a gif). One client that I use is just displaying the first frame of it. I think this is the case with u too. Otherwise, it's a rlly funny meme!
