I've seen loads of rooms like this on The First 48. The blackboards could be useful for the interviewee to draw what happened.

An HDMI to DVI cable should work. I have a monitor that I connect to my PC using an HDMI to DVI cable that I can try tomorrow.

I use Wayland on my laptop running fedora 39 kde spin and it mostly runs fine. When I browse gifs in discord the screen flashes white and I can't maximize jellyfin on connected TVs but other than that no major issues.

There's also something like this in The Outer Wilds. The player character is given a tool to translate the writings of an alien race that's long extinct. In the Echoes Of The Eye DLC you investigate the colony ship of another alien race, but you have no way of translating their writings. Your only option is to infer what happened to them via investigations and by viewing picture slides.

Well for one thing the laptop doesn't belong to OP so it's not their's to mess with.

Lidarr organizes and tags all my music using the musicbrainz database. It can also import music that I've downloaded and out it in the right folder.

Whatever happened to what.cd?

I mainly use soulseek for music.

I'm not sure if this helps but I use lidarr to manage my music.

I wouldn't recommend this as cp might not persist file ownership and permissions or maintain hard/soft links properly.
