I remember 15 years ago navigating for my dad to get him through Montreal using only one of those horrible paper maps. It was awful.
Today Google maps navigated me from the middle of nowhere Vermont (which is pretty much the entire state) all the way home across country and provincial borders no problem.
All my important stuff is stored on my NAS that runs truenas. Several times a day data is replicated to another truenas box in the same rack and at night data is rclone'd to Wasabi object storage.
For stuff on my PC like my Firefox and thunderbird profiles I use macrium backup whose backups get stored on my NAS.
I'm not surprised. It was quite common for shitheads on reddit to make an account, post a few comments on /r/againsthatesubreddits, then post CP on other subreddits to spin the narrative that AHS was trying to shut down hate subs.
Yeah I was recommended ERPNext and another BOM webapp on reddit. ERPNext's installation instructions are ridiculous while the other (I can't remember its name, maybe indabom?) had bizarre design decisions like needing to restart the service if I decided to change the theme.
Yeah there's no mirelurk king that shows up after the queen.
