It can toggle ANC on and off, not sure if it can also enable voice through. That is available by a single tap on your earbud(s) tho

You can use Sennheisers without an account - and I think even without the app altogether. Not exactly sure tho.

They have a feature where they toggle sound presets depending on your location. That's the only thing that requires an account, as well as access to your location. It's opt-in however (and pretty useless imo).

I was baffled when I heard that in the US, you can't just go somewhere and vote. Like, it really is that simple here.

The simple answer to SSO is: Just don't.

It has it's place in companies, but there is no good reason for private use, except maybe a little convenience.

On the other hand, you open yourself up of to your data being collected left and right and increase the chance it gets compromised by it being shared.

You can select GTK themes under:

System Settings > Colors & Themes > Application Style > Configure GNOME/GTK Application Style

For Flatpaks you need to run

pacman -S xdg-desktop-portal xdg-desktop-portal-kde xdg-desktop-portal-gtk

Want to butt in here quickly and bring attention towards the fact that crypto currencies in general are not meant to be privacy preserving.

You are literally broadcasting transactions, making it impossible to leave no trace.

I have used Google, DDG, Bing and Ecosia (which is basically Bing) at this point and ingl, none of them really stands out for its results. If anything, I think DDG and Bing beat Google.

Google might be the first company to create a monopoly out money and apathy. The apathy of users who don't care about their search engine enough to even change the default.

That's because the topic is so politically and emotionally charged, even the nicest way of addressing it will be met with enough tamper tantrums to make advertisers and other stakeholders at least uncomfortable.

The amount of people that can't handle a super basic rating of a news outlet is chilling.

I know and accept that I rely on biased media, because all of it is biased. It's media, not scientific papers (which are also often biased btw.). Having a bias does not automatically make it bad.

I care a lot about factual reporting tho. And I want to see the same news from different POVs, with different biases, because they will highlight different things. If you don't, mute the bot, get your daily dose of whatever propaganda you like so much and stfu.

And no, this is not 'centrism'. I'm pretty sure most people who use that word don't even know what it means. Historically, centrism describes a moderate left-wing view. Centrists are the center of left.

Soulslike is when game hard, 3D, combat and boss fight focused, with dodge mechanics and real time combat. Or are you gonna tell me Super Meatboy is soulslike because it's hard?

Funny how you can create a microkernel only to then fuck up privileges so bad that software (e.g. graphics drivers, anything running with real-time prio) can easily crash your system without recovery.
