These guys are just money grabbing c**ts and they don't fucking care what it takes to do it either. They couldn't give a shit about anything other than their rich friends.

I hope the rumour of a snap November election is true and the population has got the decent common sense to vote then out.

I remember reading the specs and realising I would have to put a hard drive into my PS3 Super Slim to play it. This model comes with 12 GB of flash storage and GTA5 might fit if you have nothing else installed. I can't say for sure, I never tried it.

The ending to Clerks III. I haven't cried like that in ages!

I'll watch this with a degree of caution. I remember really enjoying the first two but they toned down the violence for the third to get a lower rating and I think the film suffered as a result.

I'm getting too old for games with multiple moves which is a shame because this looks quite good. They should remaster the first 3D Prince of Persia that I had on GameCube. Apart from some dodgy camera problems occasionally, it's really good.

Those hazy days of running around in circles with auto aiming trying to kill the tiger in the snow caves. Then later when the game got it's 3Dfx patch to run in glorious hardware mode.

One of the rare perks of being in the UK. It's great film.

In the UK Descent ending, which is director Neil Marshall's original and preferred conclusion, the vision of Juno shocks Sarah back into reality, a reality in which she's still trapped in the cave and had never managed to escape. Sarah has clearly lost her mind, and sees a vision of her dead daughter in the cave with her, as the Crawlers look to be closing in. It's a short extension, but it's the difference between Sarah living and dying.

I'm curious, which version of The Descent did you enjoy as there are two endings.

There is an hour-long making-of documentary on the Hellboy 2019 Blu-ray but Marshall doesn't appear once from what I remember. We later found out he was unhappy with the final results but not appearing in the documentary suggests it was worse than that I think.

I know a few years ago there was that thing about storing a rolling years history of all the websites each user had visited. Not the specific page but just the domain name.

IIRC there was a discussion on how each ISP would even manage to store such a huge amount of data.

Was this system implemented in the end of was it just one of those ideas that couldn't work in reality?

I don't like the whole Rotten Tomatoes thing or judging a film by it's box office numbers. If it looks interesting, watch it yourself and make up your own mind. 😊

Back in the old days of 8bit computing, I remember a few magazines used to explain their scoring system.

Most magazines reviewed a game out of ten. A score of five would be an average. The game is just ok. Not brilliant but not terrible either.

A great game would be an eight or nine. Very rarely would a game receive a ten as that indicates perfection.

In today's world, the way people talk, it feels like a game needs at least an 8 (or 80%) or it's not even worth touching.

Not with the Tories in charge, no. They've created this mess.

Just process the poor people and make them a part of society. What's the problem? Bloody Tories!
