  • Forza Ferrari!!! 🥳

And people said the smoooooth operator isn't as fast as LEC.

  • And there's the Ferrari strategy fuck up: why didn't the pit LEC now? There's a huge gap to ALO.

EDIT: and it just got worse. 🙄

  • It sucks for LEC but it totally helped SAI. When the SC came out LEC dropped back by more than 5 seconds so that nobody even entered the pit lane before SAI was serviced. That led to everyone being lined up right behind LEC.

It was self inflicted but for the greater good.

  • Terrible camera work once again. We didn't see what really happened to Yuki, we didn't see HAM and RUS switching places, we didn't see VER overtaking HUL. The director is just frantically switching back and forth between cars.

  • I just wanted to tune in for the final minutes of qualifying and fast forward through Q1 and Q2. That didn't work out. 😄

I'm appalled how long it took (once again) for the red flags to appear after Scroll's crash. With such a big crash and a car sliding right onto the racing line that should be a split-second decision.

  • Oh, I forgot about The Nth Degree. That's a good one.

  • Here's one from each show:

TOS: A Piece of the Action, and the more obvious answer The Trouble with Tribbles

TNG: First Contact (the episode, not the movie) had some funny moments, but it's hard to pick a funny TNG episode

    DS9: Little Green Men

    VOY: Bride of Chaotica!

ENT: Two Days and Two Nights

DIS: – (did they even have a single funny episode?)

    PIC: same as DIS

LOW: pretty much any episode, but my favourites are "wej'Duj" and "I, Excretus"

SNW: Charades (probably the funniest out of all the Live-Action episodes I've listed, in terms of outright comedy)

    Enjoy!

  • I usually love bad humour. But these Very Short Treks are just terrible.

I do like the TAS animation style though. And that the actual actors are voicing the characters is great too. Everything else ... not so much. Bummer. 🙁

  • I had to look up who that is. Guess I'm getting old. Is he popular? (I feel like Captain Kirk in Star Trek IV asking "Is that a lot?")

  • Soooo....the message was that you can't say anything anymore because people are offended by everything?

I somewhat agree with that but it's weird that Star Trek sends such a message.

  • I grinned like an idiot throughout the first episode because of all the Voyager callbacks but I got the biggest laugh in the second episode when Boimler goes to his new quaters and the room is bright red because of the glowing nacelle. I had to pause because I was laughing so much. For the past ~30 years I always wondered what crew quarters which face towards the nacelles were like. Thank you, Lower Decks.

  • Tap "Explore" in the bottom toolbar, then the three dots next to "Subscribed". Select "set as default".

  • Oh no. I hope the trophy cabinet doesn't make them exceed the budget cap.

  • I never understood why the producers put Troi, Seven of Nine and T'Pol into those stupid catsuits in the first place. All of them looked so much more sexy whenever they wore the standard Starfleet uniform.

Thankfully Jellico fixed that at least for Troi.

  • This phone looks weird. The 6 Pro looked awesome with the black visor. The 7 Pro looked elegant with the metal visor and gentle camera pills. But this one ... has totally weird proportions. If the camera pill is so large, why not make it an entirely black visor again?

  • You're in a bubble. ~99% of the population is not on reddit/lemmy or other android communities where they could discover new apps. They find out about new apps from friends, from news articles, or through the Play Store.

  • Yeah. I'm a huge Worf fan (he is and always has been my favourite Trek character) but that scene does not work for me at all. He doesn't even sound like Worf here. Riker too sounds totally wooden at the beginning. Not sure if it's the missing post-production but everything about this scene feels off. It's a good thing this scene didn't make the final cut.
