Because 90% of American Media is owned by only like six corporations. Radio stations a lot of times are owned by clear channel they all have a very similar programming structure.

I don't know if the teacher is available for everybody but you can block this account. I'm going to do that right now so I don't have to see this anymore. This alone makes me hate ground news calling the guardian mixed on factual reporting. Unless somebody knows something I don't. besides just being a left leaning news source.

Edit: I haven't been informed it's not ground news questioning the factuality and downloading is actually a better tactic because it lets them know it's unwanted.

I worked in optical it's polycarbonate. Can be a plastic called cr39 or it could be a high index lens if they have a very high prescription generally alcohol won't hurt it. If the frame is plastic the alcohol could potentially fog the plastic.

I have worked in optical, that coating is the anti-reflective coating that is coming off. You cannot take that coating off. It is baked on. Harsh chemicals will destroy the plastic lenses. It just degrades and comes off after a while, generally if it is less than 2 years they should be under warranty.

There could be an issue with those things. You could try using a different USB stick to eliminate the stick, different USB port etc maybe try a disc instead of a USB stick if possible
