  • It's like an abusive relationship for me. I still use Google, convincing myself that their products are good and that they have my best interests in heart. Despite knowing it's not true and that my favorite services are bound to get killed or enshittifed.

  • As in the actual data is bad, inaccurate, opinionated and doesn't explain anything. Half of the chart is just "Cloudflare lol", like at least explain why.

    It's a chart that looks useful at first glance, but the more you look at it the less you learn.

  • People who have accessories with a lightning adapter probably. Speakers, docks, etc.

    Are those common? I don't think I've ever even seen a speaker with a built-in Lightning dock.

    I remember these iPod docks were very common at the time of the 30-pin connector. However by the time Lightning came around wireless audio became more commonplace with Bluetooth, AirPlay and other related technologies (CarPlay, smart speakers etc.)

  • It's still my favorite download manager on Windows. It often downloads file significantly faster than the download manager built into browsers. Luckily I never installed it on Linux, since I have a habit of only installing from package managers.

    Do you know of a good download manager for Linux?
