  • I bet they would charge them with "Creating a public disturbance."

    That's what the cop who told me in Indiana, "Sure, you can wash your car at a public car wash while having a pistol in view; it's not illegal. But I'll arrest you and put you in jail for 'creating a public disturbance' in less than a heartbeat". And, no, he wasn't joking.

    They are a wonderful partner and I would never leave them for something so minor. It's just a thing I can't quite wrap my head around - I'm sure I have things about myself that they don't get either. It's not a big deal to either of us.

  • What this NCO did was not dumb; it was calculated and intentional violations of multiple rules and regulations they (and the others involved) knew very well. Then they tried to cover it up when people started asking questions.

    Absolutely no sympathy for them in my book. These are supposed to be the leaders other enlisted look to emulate.
