uhh I don't remember the full story but here's what I know.
There was a subreddit called r/195 from some people who lived together in an apartment or dorm in room 195. They would shitpost and it eventually caught on. After they shut down the sub for whatever reason people moved to r/196 to shitpost on instead.
why there's "onehundredandnindeysix" and "196" is because the moderators of the 196 Lemmy sub power tripped and tried to move to lemmy.world, so half the community split to another version and half stayed on the existing one (the mods cancelled the move to Lemmy.wirld)
I personally use the "onehundredandnindeysix" one.

one night I was in a discord call with some friends and they were playing smash or pass and APPARENTLY everyone else got turned on by the monsters or aliens and IM the weird one for not being into that??

I did not have a 'crush' for YEARS after that, IRL or in media. I still don't think I feel it in the same way others do. I guess I would want to live in the same household with someone cute, but like that's a far cry from what other people describe it as and I would much prefer to be the cute one.

Literally last week my bloodwork results came back in and I like 1/2 the hormonal levels you're supposed to have.
AND I'm on antidepressants that lower my labido so I'm like borderline involuntarily asexual because I just have a really low sex drive.

then I open comments and it's actually about tossing toddlers into a volcano and I am immediately sentenced with the guilt of upvoting a meme about child volcano sacrifice and I have to come to terms about how I am a horrible person who will blindly follow someones agenda because they were using big words and I am actually incredibly foolish and don't deserve an opinion about anything ever..
or it's just an extremely nerdy joke that nobody really understands but upvotes anyways

and got distracted looking at tiny Asian guys on reddit for like 10 minutes and apparently they have it pretty rough socially :(
My cats hair gets everywhere. All over clothes (unless you b-line it out of the house) then the cars seats have some in there, the the AIR in the car too?!

I hate dragons. Controversial take but like just come up with some other mystical creatures! have some fun with it! if rather interact with a pink unicorn plushie than fight another dragon
as someone who doesn't really know a lot about F1 this race was really entertaining in the start, boring as hell in the middle, and entertaining in the end.
Glad for the papayas but man albon crashing max was such a death sentence for entertainment.
also I watch on a dodgy site and chat is horrible but also hilarious watching with others so I leave it on before the the race starts
good punishment but damn that cost Max a lot of points. I don't think it makes up for those, but it would also be unfair to give max points for nothing :/
