  • Which was what experts said from the start. Small chance it could get worse. But likely it'll become endemic? And when it does it'll just be like the cold. All we need to do is make sure we keep deaths low until it does by following some things like distancing and masking. Shut downs were terrible for many but it saved lives. Meanwhile everyone I knew kept telling me how they were lying about those steps and really it wouldn't be temporary it was ushring in a NWO under the WHO

  • I've yet to see someone who thinks they will meltdown. Most people I've spoke too do not think that any agency can be responsible for a toxic material warehousing for the next how ever many centuries. Its not like this stuff generates any profits just sitting there.

  • Haha love it. That's shit I like to see. Is it not weird to anybody else that it hasn't? Like we all respect ads like they don't exist even though we're living like roddy Popper in "they live"

  • I'm opposed to ads. I think they have taken over far too much of our lives. If advertising works by invading all our spaces and free time unchecked then wouldn't leaving comments on those ads saying how annoyed you are with these products not counter act the encroaching mass advertisements. I think it would.

I think if people fought back against ads we could get some cool spaces back. Or at least stem this insane concept that every free space with a single eyeball gazing at it must be sold to someone hawking crap.

Reddit went to shit chasing ads. Twitter, YouTube, all of them turn to shit and manipulative doom scrolling ways so they can sell advertise space to us. Fuck them.

  • Go the other way and create anti advertising. Every time an ad invades your time, create your own ad like how you think it tastes like cancer or that you think this podcast broke up your marriage.

  • It'll be like my college days when i was cooler and wanted to wear crazy shirts but never got them because that would be nuts and girls wouldn't sleep with me. They still didn't sleep with me. But now that I have a wife and kids and no longer care about rutting I'm wearing that damn shirt and drinking alone by the pool

  • For me its when I see a driver who is driving unexpectedly. Like speeding in areas with kids. Or driving at high speeds anywhere.

roadways are build for a certain speed so we can anticipate oncoming traffic. Like lights are programmed to allow a block of traffic to go then a break so cars turning can complete the turn between the break. if some asshole fucks it up by hammering the gas they will end up in between the blocks making it harder for all the cars to complete their turn since they now have to wait.

Someone said 'reading intention' which is a big part too. I can't read intention of drivers who are selfishly doing what they want.

it's the realization that traffic could be better and safer if it wasn't for certain drivers
