Pure conjecture, but given Pollievre’s victory speech, I think the CPC will push for Canada to renegotiate the USCMA that T**** himself had negotiated. I suspect that’s what the nude emperor has wanted this whole time. I believe the tariffs were a threat to force negotiation before the US midterms, but with the LPC in power I’m hoping we go tell them to go pound yellow snow.
UCP won all but 3 Calgary seats. Calgarians should be pressuring their UCP MLA’s, especially given the internal divisions within the party, and their slimming majority.
