I bought this game solely based on the full page ad in Playstation magazine. I put my hard earned cash down on a pre-order of the complete edition at "Software, Etc." at the shopping mall, sight unseen, with FF7 my only frame of reference on JRPGs. Definitely my favorite JRPG from my childhood.
My only regret is selling it, along with a Ghaleon puppet, on eBay a few years back.
You're mixing your metaphors. While school shootings are an American tradition, pedophilia is ubiquotus worldwide and not at all unique to the USA.
The United States has a long history of university shootings. Virginia Tech comes to mind immediately, not to mention Michigan State just last year.
True to form, even the cops get involved sometimes. For example Kent State or South Carolina State College. Those are a bit old now, but I'd say there are some more recent examples.
I fired someone for ignoring their work, falsifying the records, and instead driving around all day in the company van playing Pokémon Go. Yes, the van has GPS. Yes, they were aware of this fact.
I should add, they had worked there for nearly 30 years, and transferred to my team. The individual had probably been shirking their duty in this way for their entire career, but the Pokémon Go thing was going on for several years at least. Their previous manager didn't look into why someone with barely any customers was always so busy.
So you're at step 4.
