Biden in no way supports it, has used what pull he's got to try and stop it, got the ceasefire that did happen, and is continuing to call for and attempting to bring about a solution to the issue. So, yes, they are mutually exclusive. You are hurting the chances of anything beneficial happening while simultaneously increasing the chances of making things worse.
