Phrases or words are good, but they should be random - not from known passages in poems, books movies etc, at least not without significant alteration.
Hackers aren’t always using the login interface, sometimes they’re beyond that and have access to the database of password hashes, and they’re trying to crack the password that can be entered to match a hash and get to try as many times as they like on their own away from the target system.
There are AI experts (I could air quote that, but really, people who work in the industry) who are legitimately skeptical about the speed, power and real impact AI will have in the short term, so it isn’t a case of everyone who “really knows” thinks we’re getting doomsday AGI tomorrow.

I had actually read the other person’s post wrong - they had meant that poor was covering all poor of any color. I had thought they were adding up the descriptors to describe one subset (poor and disabled and non white)
