  • I believe he was a cannon

  • Maybe I misunderstood but I took it to mean she was jealous of the poster just discovering rosefinches

  • Right, I had no idea scientists were trying to say these animals weren't sentient. Stupid scientists.

  • doggos

  • Walls and doors don't stop existing when you walk outside lol, big buildings exist

  • There's also this thing called "indoors"

  • Plato

  • For some reason I'm laughing so hard imagining this comic without Plato's speech bubble in the last panel

  • This right here for me, I'm pretty tall too and can't afford first class so if I'm about to be cramped for 3+ hours I'm gonna stretch my legs first

  • Traffic fucked us here too. Left with what I thought was plenty of extra time. An hour into the drive and another hour had been added to the GPS. Turned around at that point because we just weren't going to make it.

  • Just some nerdy things I'm into, and also the "fun" subs, so like retro handhelds, rubik's cubes, lightsabers, knives, stuff like that and then just the general "funny" and "meme-y" subs, I know they exist here but it's always depressing or political or boring-dystopia-esque and I need more light hearted stuff lol

  • Here I was thinking a slur was a lady sir

  • I know it's not the point, it's just weird that the article called them a "couple."

  • Before it was a single tap to turn Bluetooth on/off, and a tap+hold to open the Bluetooth settings (or any quick setting tile in your notification tray). Maybe you just didn't know about that feature but the old way was 100% better.

  • I've unfortunately found myself back on reddit here and there for some niche communities, and also to just not be so depressed by the news, politics, and Linux that permeates EVERY FUCKING COMMUNITY regardless of the focus of that community. We all seriously need to branch out here a bit.

  • Have I what? Read all open source code? I was replying to someone else, and not about any particular app. It's just way harder to sneak something malicious into open source code than closed source, trust only gets you so far. It's just common sense.

  • Isn't the point of open source that you can check the code for yourself though? Can't do that with closed source

  • And the alternative is what, the dude gets away with it and kills someone next time? You used to justifying hitting people with your car or something? Let me guess, the way he was dressed meant he was "asking for it"
