  • To my knowledge, twitter doesn't block anyone from using slurs to begin with. I'm sure you can find plenty used on daily basis on "black twitter" for example.

That being said I'm going to need a more credible source than a random screenshot

  • I've near-perfectly insulated myself from all advertising, with podcasts being the only exception. As a result, I've become extra sensitive to ads and find the ones I'm forced to listen to in podcasts especially irritating. I can tolerate them at the beginning of an episode, but I hate being interrupted by them. Now, the only thing I associate with brands like Athletic Greens is these interruptions, so I simply decided to avoid them. Just yesterday, I ignored SquareSpace for the same reason when researching how to set up a homepage for my business.

  • Well, he'd still be an alleged one since he hasn't been convicted, but yeah, there would be nothing else I'd take issue with in that. I don't think I've ever even heard of the guy before, so I've got no partisan motivation here. "Pedophile," like "Nazi," is just such an extreme accusation to make against someone that I immediately assume people are being dishonest when applying these labels, and that turned out to be the case here as well. He's already been suspected of sex trafficking minors, or at least being involved with it. I don't see the need to lie about additional charges.

  • 13 to 19 are teenagers. You can dislike him all you want, it still doesn't make him a pedophile.

psychiatric diagnostic criteria for pedophilia extend the cut-off point for prepubescence to age 13.

  • Well that indeed is unpopular opinion. Every single podcast I listen to have more than one person talking. Most of them are interviews.

Though I don't understand why you think no one should be allowed to listen to them. I don't personally watch shorts for example but it doesn't bother me one bit if others do.

  • It's not the winter wonderland many foreigners think it is, unless you go to Lapland. Most of the winter is just wet, cold, dark, slippery, and absolutely miserable. It's dark when you leave for work and it's dark when you get back home.

  • Went to a job interview for a position I didn't want. It was the most honest interview I've ever given and surprisingly didn't get the place. Ended up starting my own business instead and while it's too early to tell wether it's going to be succesfull or not, I'm still glad I tried. Had I got that job I wouldn't have.

  • See the talk he gave to the press after the shooting. It's like 3 minutes long. It's undeniable that his cognitive capabilities are on a sharp decline. He's equally unfit for the presidency as Trump is.
