The Dems are not one party, but factions. There are legit opposition members, but the party is controlled by the captured opposition faction. Their job was to give the illusion of choice and legitimate democracy while playing stupid as the fascists eroded all your rights. They never undid the harm republicans brought in even when they could.

Legitimate dems were only permitted to give an aire of legitimacy to the whole dog and pony show. Yes voting matters, but the real battle was lost in the candidate selection within the DNC, where only the captured opposition are allowed to dominate.

Dear American cousins, tarrifs, while backstabbing the best ally anyone has ever had, are your perogative. Your country, your borders, your rules. Sure we will stand up for ourselves and counter tarrif, but that is just business.

Threatening annexation is what has caused for many a lifelong change. The interviewee who said that "even if everything returned to normal tomorrow, it would take a year to recover" missed the point badly. Canadians are a friendly bunch, but once burned like this will never set foot in you country again for a lifetime and will make the consumer boycot for life. I am one of them.

Even if trump is gone, the dems sweep and get universal healthcare, and become a shiny happy prosperous place, I am done with America. I don't deal with backstabbers. There may be a time when our countries can heal and reconcile. I will be dead before that time comes. This is generational fuckery and America will reap what it sows.

Inappropriate assessment. I fear for everyone's safety. Constitutional freedoms and the rule of law protected everyone. Removing them is a double edged sword that puts everyone at risk.

I think we are a little bit past lawsuits and the ACLU. The rule of law is dead. Now there is only action and consequence.

Dems are captured oposition. Best you can hope for now is state seccessions or a military coup/junta. Baring that, you won't believe how bad things are going to get.

Why would we want to? The US was a shithole country full of no-gozones before Trump. Now it's a bona-fide dumpster fire of institutionalized corruption suffering and cruelty.
